Community Information Forum

We had 54 people to our community information forum on Tuesday, 24 July 2018 where a number of our consultants were in attendance to answer questions about the proposal. This included the project architect (Cox) and our traffic (Calibre) and hydrological (AECOM) engineers.
Attendees were particularly interested in building heights, overshadowing, traffic and parking and the impact on Downer.

Community Information Forum

Over 60 people attended our community information forum on Monday, 11 December 2017 where the project team and Yowani Board members were available to talk through the concept master plan and answer questions about the proposal.
Attendees were particularly interested in project timing, pedestrian and cycle access, traffic and parking and the impact on the existing club.

Briefings for Yowani members

The project team and Yowani Board members held two briefing sessions with Yowani members to update them on the project, introduce the project team and answer questions from members.
Regular updates will be provided to members through the Chairman’s monthly newsletter and periodic pop-ups at the current clubhouse over the next 6-12 months.
